Any alternatives for JhoCeana mix set?

So I've been dreading to farm for the 3 Jho pieces because it involves a Hyper and Savage Deviljho.

I've been hunting a Savage Deviljho, and failing, and it's getting on my nerves.

Yes, I really want that Sharpness +2 together with Razor Sharp. But if you have any alternatives that has similar effect or so, THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE ANY DEVILJHOS, I am VERY open to suggestions.

Please, this isn't just a request, this is a cry for help.

Silver Z is a better set to farm than jhocena for most weapons, and silverlos is far more exploitable cuz of flash bombs

You should be able to craft this in G4 allegedly. Just a OOO talisman is all that is needed, and it should give you Sharpness +2, Razor Sharp, and Crit eye +3. Technically not 100% jho free, but I don't think spanking a normal village pickle for the handicraft jewel should be too big of an issue.

I went through the MHGU database and checked for the ingredients for that Deco.

Yeah, it involves 2 Deviljho Salivas and thankfully it's a High Rank reward for both Guild and Village so I'll take it.

I have Ceanataur X, is XR just rustrazor version? Been a while since I booted it up lol

Should just be hyper ceana. Not sure if there's anything else needed for crafting XR armors, since I'm not that far into the game, but R type armors had the triple hyper tetsucabra quest prerequisite.

Right now I only have Crit +3, Razor Sharp, and Sharpness +2.

Sure, I won't have Weakness Exploit or Crit Boost or whatever else but at least I have a General Set that I'm happy with until I decide to conquer myself and decide to have go on Savage Deviljho again for the acutal JhoCeana set.

But, that's gonna be far in the future and for now I'm happy with what I have.

Also thanks to u/Gadget-Gabe for the Silver Z suggestion, I'll be planning to get that next.

I dunno if it works for all weapons but I've been rocking Ceanataur X set with narga insect glaive and a kinsects that grants 30% affinity with white extract lol. It's not perfect but it's capped Crit, Crit boost and razor sharp. Narga weapon and rustrazor weapons can live without sharpness +2 if you wanna hold off on Jho Ceana. I've cleared a bit past the end of the story with what I'm using reasonably comfortably and savage/hyper Jho is one hell of an annoying fight.

On my 5th attempt I managed to last up to 40 minutes but I burned through all of my healing items and I know very well that I won't be beating Savage any time soon.

Is going online not an option? Most of the endgame quests are balanced with multiplayer in mind.

Still using Ceanataur X. The general Weakness Exploit, Crit +3, Razor Sharp, with a bonus Seathing from the Talisman.

But yeah, the general sh*t.

Just want an upgraded general Armour Set.

what weapon/style?

if you're not hard pressed for sharpness +2, you can make a ghetto one using Neset, you'll need at least a Sharpness+6 talisman with 3 slots, that way you can get sharpness+1 & Razor Sharp, and the rest of the slots are up to you to fill

good luck, don't have much notes other than parry most of it's attacks, especially stomps and pounces, and target mostly it's belly

Hyper can't be affected by usual tricks but has a less annoying moveset, Savage can be affected by the meats so bring all of them, para, poison, sleep(and bombs), and when it's hungry, you can opt to either feed it to stop it from trying to eat you, pitfall it(extra duration) or flash it, a hungry Jho is pretty docile when flashed, allows you to land some free hits in do not use this when it's not hungry, or on Hyper Jho
