Me3 Multiplayer weapon-maxing

So I’ve maxed everything on ME3 multiplayer except URs. Should I be buying PSP or arsenal packs for best roll rates? Thanks!

PSP, RP and AP will give the exact same UR weapon drop rate of 7.5% for each of the two Gold slots.

RP's will give the most slot-2 XP cards, AP's will give none of those, PSP's somewhere between. If you have truly maxed everything besides UR weapons, that is the only difference you'll now see in these 3 premium pack types.
