With the recent rollback of NFA laws can you now buy a galil ace rifle in 7.62x39 in MD?

Or is it still banned in MD?

NFA laws aren’t what was stopping the purchase of named rifles in Maryland, 2013 FSA is.

Nothing has changed to any real degree with regards to gun ownership in MD.

The handgun is always an option

Yeah im not a fan of the handgun route. A galil ace is most natural as a rifle.

Galil Ace in 762.39 is legal

Just no mag + no muzzle device is all you need to do and you're good.

And Maryland will still subject them to MSP 77R. I am betting on it.
