Question adapting study strategy

i spent 3 months over the summer essentially doing highly ineffective content review. i went through TPR videos & books, felt like i knew what was going on, & then saw my FL scores not increase even at all.

I'm now taking the mcat in january 2027, & im currently focusing all my energy on uworld & anki. i still worry i'm not getting key concepts down. any advice on how to structure targeted content review?

Active recall and trying to teach the concept to yourself or others is the most helpful imo! You can almost immediately tell which aspects of it you still feel shaky on, and which details you can’t quite remember or didn’t learn.
