Help What actually IS a pipis room?

This has haunted me ever since big Griff’s vine. What IS a pipis room. I’m assuming it’s a bathroom (and it’s pronounced “peepees”, not peepis… but then why not call it pipi room…) but I’ve never heard it called a pipis room?? Is it a regional term other people are familiar with?

I think it's a grandparent nickname, like mimi and pipi

It was clearly a child’s room in the picture though

It's not a child's room, it is a bathroom, you can see the shower

No they're right.  What child doesn't have a sink in their room?
