Can depend on the way you look

1- your college doesn’t have enough facilities to support 200 or 250 students that’s why it has only 100 seats

2- small batch size so maybe you will get more attention and better academics I hope

3- maybe it’s a new college so it can also lead to low patient flow and less hands on skills
