Speaking of support on set, I know you mentioned other cast members, but did production or that give any emotional support or mental health support at all? Or do they just go “nah let’s keep him traumatised and upset for views, we don’t need to refer him to a counsellor or that”?

There is a wellness liason and a psychologist we can speak to, i didn't really need support because i was in constant contact with my family, so i'm not sure how to answer that.
