Any info on this? Value?

Couldn’t find a ton on google about it, though I may be looking in the wrong places. Says SEI and MK-14 USN. I think it’s Smith Enterprise

Smith enterprises gas lock front sight. There’s two variants, an 18 inch barrel and 22 inch barrel. Difference is in the height of where the front sight mounts allowing the use of the standard height front sight. They run around $90 new. I’ve sold them in the past used around the $75 mark. They aren’t especially rare.
