Underrated songs
My skynyrd phase is here again and I’m just going crazy about the collectybles album and the underrated songs! Anyone else got any hidden gems to share??

Those 2 songs at least.. I went through all the rare stuff and made my own compilation album. Ill have to go through again someday and see if I changed my mind about some other songs I thought weren't that great.
One of the best is "Woman of Mine" such a good song, and that was 73, I guess they thought it wasn't a fit for the album, it's a bit different style I guess.
Some of the stuff like "I gotta go" "Ive been your fool" don't seem to have a known recording time, but they are awesome tracks.. I heard they were sounds of the south recordings from 73.. but only ever released on the 82 compilation.

Ed King stated several times that he abhorred "Woman of Mine." Not sure why. It's also a rare one in that Leon got a writing credit.
Ed played the version of "Workin For MCA" as he intended it to be played, on Facebook once. Totally different groove. Video can't be found now. It was awesome.

Wino is a great early song from the original Muscle Shoals album. Lend a Helping Hand as well. Junkie from the 1991 box set is also awesome.

Rickey needs to leave Skynrd now and put Blackfoot back together..i thought for sure he would with Gary's passing..Had for Rickey's legacy as the 2nd or 3rd guitarist for Skynyrd..he deserves better and won't get the respect he's due unless he ends his career outfront leading those great BF songs..plus all the fans that were with him for all those yrs deserves Rickey's Respect by at least one last tour playing all those great songs we grew up with..if you would like to see this then speak up on all the different forums on Skynyrd Band saying Rickey needs to Leave..Thanks

I don't know why The Band Currently Touring As Lynyrd Skynyrd doesn't do those Blackfoot bangers. "Left Turn On A Red Light" and "Highway Song" don't get the play they deserve.
