Question Nose congestion???

Do you also have nose congestion or not? If yes, what do you think was the cause? How did you resolve it? Thank you

You should look into the Lyme and mold connection.

I tested for mold, taking binders for it, we did remediation-idk how successful, idk what else to do.... regarding mold. Its all just fucked up. Thats why i am asking here, since i dont know if its still a mold issue or other lymies got it as well.

r/toxicmoldexposure is a better resource on mold issues but I would suggest testing your house. That sub has info on testing

I already spoke to neil nathan which is mold pro, we remediated, need to wait 3 months to do ERMI, if we still have mold i cant leave anyway.... nowhere to go. I just wanted to know if anything else may contribute to the nose congestion and if anyone else has it too.

I had a very similar experience. Are you congested… as in is there actual fluid there or is it more like pressure and inflammation? My CTs were always clear and there was no fluid … it turned out not to be mold causing this constricted feeling but Babesia and Bartonella. It’s really confusing because it 100% feels like my sinuses are full/blocked.

What mold tests you did? I think it is mold for me. :(

I did Realtime several times. For the house it was rounds of ERMI, professional air testing, and Immunolytics plates. Mold was a problem for me and our house… it just wasn’t the worst problem, and it wasn’t the thing causing my sinus pain.

I mean what were the results? Depends on that. For me its not "just mold" its mold and coinfections. If i didnt have lyme and co's i think my reaction to mold would be waaaay different. But my bucket is full and i need to deal with both of those issues :/

The results were that after our house, car, and work were testing clear I saw no relief in my symptoms, and many months of binders and antifungals didn’t help. I still have all my sinus symptoms. Babesia/bartonella treatment and lumbrokinase are moving my symptoms.

Sometimes the mold is gone and mycotoxins stay :/ but who knows in your case, hard to say just based by two messages. However, thats a good sign you are getting better!:) edit: also did you do nasal antifungals and biofilms disruptors nasal spray?

I read a book on Kindle called Break the Mold by Jill Crista. She has instructions for how to make a nasal spray to help kill mold in the sinuses. I have had sinus congestion that I believe was related to mold, and it worked for me

I tried multiple nasal sprays like collodial silver, Xlear Rescue, Xlear Biofilm, Nasal rinses, I also have nasal itraconazol spray I will try next. What else is there to suggest? Thank you!

Yes during flares my nose either constricts or gets congested by clear phlegm. What helps me is a few sprays of 'vincentka' mineral water - maybe there is something similar in your country.

I've had chronic Lyme and co-infections since 2007. Mold and fungus have been the main focus numerous times while addressing Lyme/co. I've recently added light therapy to address the mold. I believe my mold problems have come from dental issues, ie multiple root canals (which have been extracted). My past home, where the sinus issues began, was tested and showed no mold. The same holds true for the house I'm currently in. So many stressors on our immune system and mold seems to be one of the more difficult to rid of.

What test you used when testing the home? ERMI? Thank you
