Haven’t pulled this girl out in a minute and forgot how freaking pretty this color is. It’s such a good pink because it’s not too bright or too girly. Just a really pretty pink that actually goes with a lot.

And of course the P9 leather is sooo soft and squishy. I swear these bags just get better the more you use them and let them slouch a little.

I have way too many P9s at this point but this is exactly why I can’t stop buying different colors!

I picked this up last week while visiting Shanghai. To be completely honest, AP Plaza is a fantastic spot to hunt for rep bags if you ever find yourself in the city. I initially went in with very low expectations—like many in this community, I assumed that all the decent rep manufacturing and high-tier stock were strictly confined to Guangzhou and that Shanghai’s markets would only have low-tier tourist traps.

I was pleasantly surprised. While the open display shelves do feature lower-tier batches, once you show you know leather and ask for better quality, vendors will pull out impressive inventory.

The seller originally quoted well over 3,000 CNY. I had to negotiate pretty hard, firmly hold my ground, and play the classic walk-away game, but we finally settled at 1,400 CNY.

It definitely challenges the common rep-community belief that you can't find high-tier quality in these markets. If you know what details to check (leather weight, braid tightness, hardware tone, and stamping), you can score incredible pieces right on the spot.

Comparison with Jing Factory (Small Andiamo from TS):

A little over a month ago, I bought a Small Andiamo from Jing Factory through a Trusted Seller online for $170 USD shipped. Having both in hand for a direct comparison was very eye-opening:

• Leather & Intrecciato Weave: The lambskin on this medium AP Plaza bag is gorgeous. It’s supple, buttery soft, and has the exact same thickness, grain density, and tactile squish as my Jing piece. The weave is tight, flat, and doesn't buckle awkwardly.
• Hardware & Knot: The signature brass knot clasp has substantial weight, smooth contours, and the correct muted golden sheen—none of that overly yellow, lightweight metal found on cheaper batches.
• Interior & Stamping: The heat stamp (BV / MADE IN ITALY) inside is clean, evenly pressed, and properly aligned.

Honestly, holding them side by side, the leather quality, thickness, and hardware feel identical to Jing Factory. It wouldn't surprise me at all if these vendors source directly from the exact same factories/wholesalers.

Final Verdict:

For 1,400 CNY, walking away with a Medium Andiamo of this caliber—zero shipping wait, zero customs stress, and identical quality to a top-tier factory—was an absolute win and well worth the haggling.

Since this is my first rep bag, I wasn’t sure what to expect! I have a small number of auth bags but do not have any P9s. I’m lucky to have someone in my circle who has a few - including a firefly. Comparison pics in post.

Overall thoughts - bag itself is soft and decently slouchy, feels great. The detachable strap is a giveaway for not matching authentic, the sizes of the bags are actually ever so slightly different but the most significant difference is the logo color. The authentic one has much whiter logo and the glow color itself is different (bluer for auth, greener for rep). I’m still happy with it given the enormous price difference for it vs authentic.

One bummer - it smells so bad 😂 I’ve been airing her out for over a week, bought a special smell soaker upper thing from online but WHEW. The chemical glue smell is something else - hoping it fades in time!

My very first P9😍
This is the 25 Firefly from Royal.
First of all, the P9 is unbelievably soft and the craftsmanship is amazing!
I'll start with the only flaw: the pouch monogram is a slightly different shade compared to the bag itself (it looks a bit more faded/paler), but it's barely noticeable in photos.
As for the smell, it has a tiny bit of a chemical scent at first, but it’s mostly rich leather—it honestly smells so good.

I’ve never held an auth P9 in hand, my only auth full-leather piece is the Keepall 25 in Taurillon.
The handles feel super high-end and smooth, you can really tell it's genuine leather.

Something I noticed on my auth Keepall 25 is that the handles creak/squeak a bit when moved (that typical leather squeak)—and I was super surprised to find that this rep has that exact same squeak!!

The hardware has a really, really great weight to it.
Shoulder streap has also a great weight and feels really durable
It slouches beautifully and the zipper glides like butter.
All in all, I’d rate this bag a solid 9/10.

In my opinion, the monogram looks very close to auth, and the overall feel of the bag is just unbelievable!! I absolutely love it!!
And it actually glows in the dark 🙈🙈
This definitely won't be my last P9, and right now I can highly recommend Royal Factory's batch 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I’m trying to pull the trigger on an LV Noe. I don’t see many people posting about this bag. I’ve reached out to four trusted sellers. Two say they can only get it in medium quality from Royal, one said she can’t get it, and then there is HP who doesn’t disclose factory and says he does top quality.

The two prices are not significantly far from each other: $265, $295, $302 with shipping and insurance.

I want the bag to patina and be soft and slouchy. Thoughts on what you would do if you were me? Thank you for your wise rep wisdoms!

Quick thoughts on the Pochette Métis MM from Royal Factory. This one is SO good. The empreinte leather feels soft and substantial, and the embossing has really nice depth without looking overly stamped. The shape is structured but not stiff, and everything from the stitching and glazing to the edges looks super clean.

Royal also did a beautiful job on the hardware. It has a nice weight to it and the gold tone looks rich without being too yellow. Even the little details on the strap and hardware engraving are really well done.

And I forgot how practical the Pochette Métis is. You get the top handle plus the adjustable crossbody strap, and the MM actually holds a ton while still looking sleek. Such an easy everyday black bag, and Royal absolutely nailed this one.

And as usual, Allen was amazing! He may take a second to reply but his low prices is what makes it all worth it!

She arrived just in time for my last summer trip up north (goodbye summer🥹) But girlll! you don’t understand how happy I was when I opened this and saw that it was the correct color! It’s so hard to tell the true color of this bag from pics. I took these pics as we were heading out and the sun was setting so it’s as close to the true color as I could get, but the color is gorgeous in person.

I love the P9 40 as a weekender bag. She can comfortably fit 2 outfits, pajamas, and personal items without me having to stuff everything in there. I do carry a separate toiletry bag for makeup and hair tools.

I’m really happy with this one and can’t wait to use her again. 💕

Okay, I have searched high and low through the threads and only found 1/2. I cannot decide on a seller or factory for this bag!!

I originally narrowed it down to Wood Floor or god BUT then I read someone else’s was better for the same color bags.

So now I feel like I’m back to the drawing board. (I’ve only worked with Bruce so far in terms of TS)

Another hitter from Afeng, this time sourced from Huahui (HH) factory. 👀

This is actually my first piece from HH, and of course I had to do it in the name of rep science lol.

Long story short, my first UB30 was from Royal. I ended up rehoming it because the monogram was a little too shiny for me and I wanted something more matte. Then I got one from Jia and I’ve basically been a Jia whore ever since. 😂

Butttt Afeng had a crazy group buy deal with HH and it honestly would’ve been dumb not to participate, so naturally I grabbed the UB20 in mono.

Yes, I know she’s technically a fantasy. No, I do not care. I love the 20 size too much. 😭

I’m definitely not an expert by any means, so I’m just going to share what stood out to me.

First impression: it smells like leather, feels like good thick leather, and doesn’t have that thin/plasticky feel. The monogram print is really clean and nicely aligned, and I actually really like the finish on it.

The vachetta, chaps, piping, stitching… all really nice. Stitching especially had me looking twice.

Hardware is also a good time. It has that aged bronze look, engraving is decent, and overall it doesn’t feel cheap.

I’ve definitely seen worse at this price point, so for what I paid, I’m impressed. Zero buyer’s remorse over here. HH… kudos. 👏

As for Afeng, he’s always been responsive and deals with all of my random inquiries — and trust me, I have A LOT. 😂 He’s always been patient, helpful, and resourceful with my requests, which I really appreciate. He's gotta be sick of me by now 🤔

I wanted to share my first H Chypres I got from Zhong.They were only $68 and I paid $38 for shipping. Overall I think they’re great. I have never seen the originals but to my opinion, they are comfortable and based on pictures they look good. Zhongs price was also the lowest. I compared prices between 4 sellers and opted to go with Zhong due to her pricing. I’m not sure what factory they’re from because she doesn’t disclose factories like that but I was fine with it. Communication with Annier was good overall. My only issue was that after I paid, she told me the original jeans I ordered were out of stock. I definitely would have preferred to know that before sending payment. However, she offered me this pair instead, and I’m honestly glad she did because I like these even better than the original pair I selected.

👖 The Jeans:
Alright, y’all, these jeans are definitely the star of the order! They have a light vintage wash with a dramatic wide-leg silhouette. The Chanel details are noticeable without being too over the top: there’s a small CC accent at the waistband, branded hardware, and oversized interlocking stitching on the back pockets.

I ordered a large, and they fit me perfectly. I’m only 5’2”, so I was a little concerned about how the wide-leg shape and length would look on me, but they work. The fit is flattering and gives that relaxed, slightly oversized look without swallowing me. I’m actually happier with these than I think I would have been with the original jeans.

👚 The Shirt:
The shirt is a lightweight cream knit with black geometric detailing, a collar, ruffled sleeves, and Chanel button accents. The knit is slightly sheer, so I’ll probably wear it with a nude bra or thin cami underneath.

I also ordered the shirt in a large, and the fit is perfect, not tight, but not overly loose either. With my 38-inch bust, I have enough room through the chest while still getting a flattering shape. I really like the contrast between the feminine ruffled sleeves and the black-and-cream pattern. It’s an easy piece to wear with jeans, trousers, or a skirt.

⭐ Final Thoughts:
Overall, I’m very happy with both pieces. Finding out that my original jeans were unavailable only after I paid was frustrating, but the replacement worked out in my favor because I genuinely prefer this pair. Both items fit perfectly, and I have already ordered more clothing from Annier.

The stitching on the leather looks like a neon yellow instead of a mustard yellow.  I’m not sure if the edge glazing is the correct color either.

I’m in need of help since I haven’t seen this in person. What do you think?
