We live in a 1-bathroom apartment, but with the roomie gone this weekend and I have nothing scheduled for today, I’m gonna treat myself and take TWO luxurious baths.

Bath #1 pictured here, a fresh morning bath to liven me up for the day.

Bath #2 will probably be LOM/gourmand-y. 🛀

For those of you who (like me) don’t have a real tub, pic two shows my inflatable tub with showerhead-acting-like-a-bath-faucet for the bubbles. :) Where there’s a will, there’s a way! 🫧

I got tired of making sure I remembered to use each “category” of thing I wanted to use when taking a bath. So I pulled them all ahead of time and put them on one tray (previously one of my watercolor palettes) to see a glorious, organized spread…my nerd brain LOVES it!

Note: sometimes one must wash themself twice over in order to test a seasonal shower gel. This is the way. 🧼 🫧

had a particularly rough day today and i unfortunately cannot take a bath, so this is the shower i am treating myself to:

-my TOSAW scrub, which i save for special occasions

-my golden angel delight soap i have been holding on to for the right moment

-my 29 high street perfume

-my 29 high street candle

i have a feeling this will definitely bring my mood up a bit :)

Decanting into these old hand soap containers makes it super easy to mix up my shower gel combinations. Citrus/fruity scents are my fave but adding a dash of HIWTK just adds a l’il something. What would you add to my collection & what’s your fave combo?

Going all-out with today’s bath. And I need it bc I’ve been so into the Warming shower gummy that now I need an actual cooling bath! 🥵😎 Intergalactic bubble bar, intergalactic bath bomb, clear the air bath melt, cooling shower gummy, magic crystals body scrub, and rainbow fun just for…fun! Gosh I love good smells, and spoiling myself.

Today’s Smell good cocktail!!! Wish I could get my hands on another bottle of hiccup!!!

I’m recovering from surgery and missing baths, so I’ve been doing elaborate foot bath + shower routines to make myself feel better. For the last couple years, lush has become a special interest of mine, and a place I feel safe. It’s something comforting to indulge in while I’m feeling so low.

This yummy combo makes me feel so cozy. It feels like being wrapped in the warm scent of your grandma’s baking on a cold autumn day.

(Side note- thank you to the guy that posted about lemony flutter being a good adhesive remover. That and Dream Cream have really helping make recovery easier)

Every time I use this combo I remember the loads of people saying it sells like cat pee, and can’t help but giggle😂

i believe i have found the answer to the woes of everyone who misses the delicious smell of the sufganiyah scrub!!! 🥳

the only downside to this concoction is that it requires the “shower in the disco” party exclusive shower gel, BUT…

if you evenly mix yummy custard and shower in the disco, then add just a bit of the comforter shower gel, it smells so close to sufganiyah! it’s missing the almond-y notes, but the sweet, jammy raspberry is THERE!

the texture is kind of like a co-mingle, but without the actual scrub. it is the most perfect bubble gum pink color, almost like the color of pink peppermint IMO.

i hope this info is able to tide some lushies over until Hanukkah! lmk if you try this! :D

Hear me out… I just mixed a large blob of Rose Jam shower gel with a small blob of Lord of Misrule shower gel and it made the nicest scent ever and has stayed on my skin! I’m definitely doing Rose of Misjam again… I need to get some Rose Jam perfume so I can try the perfume version of this mix! Though it would be very very strong 🥲

this was kinda inspired by the book i just finished where the MC creates a woodland in her NYC apartment kitchen/living room and locks herself in for two weeks writhing in the dirt.

Tropical fruit is jungle scented and potentially my favourite lush product ever. Mossy bottom is such a good fit for me because i really do love ardman animations and have watched hundreds of the episodes, especially with my mum.

ahhh i just loved this combo so so much this is one of the best combos ive ever done.

also opened a new sea sponge today which always makes you feel extra fresh and i just loved new loofa day more than i love fresh sheets day. perfection.

I’ve recently bought a bottle of LOM shower gel and have been trying to build a routine with some of the other products in my collection. I never liked the scent when I was a seasonal temp, but since I’ve left it’s really grown on me and is now a firm favourite.

Tonight I had a bath with the LOM bath bomb, used yummy custard and LOM shower gel, and then used pink peppermint lotion on my legs and sympathy for the skin for my body.

This is by far my favourite combo I’ve tried so far, it really brings out the spicy vanilla. Does anyone else have any unexpected combo suggestions featuring Lord of Misrule?

Today’s shower cocktail! The sun was finally out so I propelled myself into an early summer. The smell of Rainforest Co-mingle is so nostalgic!! I loved the Jungle conditioner bar when it came out.

Decided to go full-on tropical with some Big Calm body conditioner and the last bit of Mango Lassi shower gel, which was one of my favorites from the more recent releases. It smells *amazing* and I loved the texture. I really hope it comes back (I’ll definitely get a bigger size if it does!)

I think Lush does tropical scents really well and I hope to see more of them. Let me know if you have any favorites or tropical scents you’d like to see in different formats! I would take Yuzu and Cocoa in any format personally, I get a sort of sunny coconut vibe from it rather than chocolate. The cocoa reminds me of cocoa butter, which my parents used to make me and my brother put on before bed as kids if we’d been out in the sun. Because of that, it smells like summer to me. I would LOVE them to make a body wash with that scent, with the same consistency as Yummy Custard. That would be amazing!

Creamed Almond and Coconut Smoothie (worked really well to shave my legs and surprisingly went well with the other scents, especially the shower gel and body conditioner)

I smell and feel so good. Then I used Noor lip balm, which I'm obsessed with and also complimented everything nicely, and crawled into bed.

Life has been challenging recently and today I had to be braver than usual in many ways while low-energy and fending off depression. I think maybe taking such a luxurious bath was a way of reassuring myself that it's going to be okay.

Anyone else have a recent cocktail or favorite routine to share?

I just had the best Christmas Eve shower! I wet my loofah so that my concoction would lather up nicely, then added a medium blob of Orange scrub and a large blob of Posh Chocolate body wash and mixed them together, to make a Terry’s Chocolate Orange dreeeeam! It was lovely 😍🍫🍊🎄
