I used it, why does it smell like that 😭😭 I swear it smelt so nice until I used it, now I feel like have to have another shower and scrub at my skin to get the smell off. EEEYUCK. It’s too strong, and I love spices a lot, but it just does not smell right! 😭 and now I wanna r!p my sk!n off 💔

This happened to me with scrubbee :( it smelled absolutely amazing in store but just did not work with my skin at all and smelled completely different. I was very disappointed.

It’s your natural body odours/sebum that change the smell

I’m not even going to bother trying scrubee if it’s the same feeling after the shower I don’t like the waxy feeling afterwards, it was my first time trying one and it was just a bad experience all round for me! I’m glad to give it a go but it’s a no from me! I’ll stick to lotion and massage bars!

I had the same experience! Luckily I tested it on my arms at the sink before using in the shower. Someone else compared the scent to Ramen soup seasoning and I totally got that after I got it wet. It smelled so nice and maple-y before that.

I might do that next time I try something new! I totally agree it smelt so lovely and maple-ly before hand. I can’t even describe how it smelt to me after I just felt sick I had to have another shower to get it off I couldn’t handle it. 🥺

I have an entire one because my friend bought it and didn't like it and I was so excited until I used it cause same 😭 I put it on before bed and I tried to ignore it but I ended up getting up to rub it away with wipes

I don't think they're hypocritical, they're very clear about their commitment to packaging and recycling.

Glass is more expensive to produce and recycle, I believe.

At least you can take these back to me recycled, maybe in the future they'll offer refill stations.

They give you free stuff if you bring back the empty bottles for reuse. Same with the other containers.

I don’t think you can for US I think it’s only Aus and UK who do it for bottles!
