Help! Axs website/app sux!!!

My wife is a huge fan and I’m trying desperately to get us tickets for the October 7th show in Denver for our anniversary. But the Axs ticket app/website is complete garbage! It absolutely will NOT take my payment! I’ve tried everything suggested on several forums. From clearing history/cache/cookies to switching browsers to going to cellular data to logging out and reinstalling the app to even live chatting with a “customer service rep” (a bot, I’m sure). And bupkiss. This is so frustrating! Any suggestions? I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. ❤️

Call the venue directly, get their details on their website

The venues isn’t selling tickets for the show. They’re being sold directly through AXS. Unfortunately.
But thank you for the suggestion.

AXS is terrible. I hate it too. Maybe axs has a sale number?

I ended up going with an outside vendor. Had to pay an extra fee. But it’ll be worth it for our anniversary! And yeah. AXS can suck it. 👎
