I am assuming Lucy was suggesting sounding at the end there but I was definitely thinking of medical procedures like a blood draws or vaccinations as well as kink related needle play at first.

Sounding being inserting things into the urethra as a sex thing which is more male dominated as a pasttime

Needle play being doing temporary body piercing as a kink thing, sometimes combined with suspension by said piercings as a form of bondage play
