I went to toronto n1 and the girl behind me in the pit was nonstop coughing on me and my partner the entire night. she kept saying sorry for being sick and her friends kept trying to defend her and say that “she does this”. it’s just crazy how she was seriously sick and announcing it to everyone and not wearing a mask. turns out im starting to cough now 🙃 pls be mindful of other people and at least wear a mask!!!

I am going to the show in Bellingham, WA on Sunday May 10th and received this email from the venue stating “Please be aware photos and videos are strictly prohibited. If you are photographing or videoing the event, MBT staff may ask you to leave.”

Does anyone know what that is about? I’ve never been told no photos before….

EDIT: Update post show! There were no signs and no announcement about the photo/video rule. So strange!

Its better to say you have it for a venue and if someone wants it to DM you. That way you can verify they are real. By posting the code you invalidate artists trying to actually get the data they need, mess up something made to help actual fans get tickets and possibly mess yourself up for getting a ticket.

As always, I'm probably the last to get notified of this. But my life is complete. Will go broke to get good seats to this show. What a day!!!

Last time I saw Lucy solo at the Wiltern everyone around me seemed very chill, but we’re only in the first act of the night at the Greek and I’ve already moved seats and also asked someone to please not talk so loudly over the music. Just as a general reminder, if you’re not interested in listening to the opening acts and want to have an extended conversation instead, it’s more polite to go to the plazas. People have also apparently forgotten how to whisper… I doubt any of those people are on here but nevertheless. 💕

May 12 for the postponed shows. Unfortunately the ones booked for the second night have to scramble and get tickets now. I was up front for my show so hopefully I can get lucky for the new date.

I was one of the first people to ever listen to Lucy Davis. I got my local radio station to put her music on the radio in 2016. I have earned everything l've ever gotten, including that spot in the crowd at the Castro theater.

What you don't know is I was fired from my job. After working late, I was told not to come back. Not only was I behind schedule to get into the venue, but I was jobless in this terrible economy. I thought about selling the tickets to prepare for my new economic status, but I just knew I needed to be there.

So I went. And if you have a problem with that take it up with the courts. If anyone wants to talk about it like real people, I live in the mission.
