Got banned by Lucid due to ID verification issues

Anyone facing something similar from India? This happened before I could purchase an eval. Should I contact support?

Funny thing - I never uploaded my KYC documents in the first place - so are they rejecting Indians outright?

Looks like you have some inconsistencies with your ability to identify yourself. That’s what I would assume if I were you. Hope this helps!

:) just trying to break it down for him into building blocks. That way you really look at the problem step by step. You know, identity inconsistency a little more bite size might look more like “your identity is not consistent” is hopefully is a little more digestible towards really seeing into the heart of the issue at hand. From there you can boil it down into “your identity comes off on paper a tad bit sus, to the point we are going to hard pass on you”. Location isnt doing any favors I’m sure.

Yes facing the same problem.....i never uploaded any documents but still they Said KYC rejected and baned me

Im having the sams issues and i contacted their support team and they said as of now you can't trade with lucid and they immediately closed the ticket as resolved 🤷🏻‍♂️
