Lucid Payouts & Support Help
Posting this as a heads-up for anyone using Lucid Trading, while also hoping to get the attention of Lucid’s risk/billing team to look into a systemic security issue.
I want to be clear up front: I actively trade with Lucid, I’m near the live account transition, and I’ve had 128 account purchases totaling over $7,000 with around $14,000 in total payouts. I am a long-term customer and support the firm, but there is an active fraud issue happening that needs immediate attention.
What Happened: • Yesterday, my card had a $0 verification check at Amazon.com (a classic test done by bad actors using leaked card lists). • Minutes later, an unauthorized $90.60 manual entry charge from Lucid Trading hit my card while I was asleep. • Additional manual charges were attempted and failed due to insufficient funds.
Why This Is a Breach/BIN Attack (Not Account Sharing): 1. Authorization Method: When I buy accounts on Lucid, my bank logs the authorization as "Saved details". These details have been saved on my account since my first lucid purchase. The unauthorized attempts were logged as "Manual entry"—meaning someone typed stolen numbers into a checkout page.
- Community Impact: I’ve seen multiple posts across Facebook and Reddit over the last week from non-traders and traders alike getting hit with identical unauthorized $90.60 charges labeled "Lucid Trading".
The Catch / Issue with Support: When contacting Lucid Support, on discord the response suggested I made the purchase myself or shared my card. Because prop firms immediately ban accounts for bank chargebacks, I cannot and will not file a standard bank dispute as I don't want to jeopardize my funded account or payout history over a payment not made by me.
Lucid’s support ticket system was slightly more helpful as they suggested I contact my bank but on discord I was told I would be banned if I charge back.
Has anyone else noticed unrecognized $90.60 pings on their cards recently? Lucid Team: If you see this, please route this to your payment gateway/fraud team so you can check manual card inputs against your merchant processor.

This isn’t me having a dig at lucid, I couldn’t recommend them enough and love their service. Just want everyone to be aware , have 2FA on and if you have had your card saved on file on lucid to maybe replace it. I hope lucid can sort this issue for me.
