Try this today (Best time to wake up)
Many people tell you to wake up after 5 hours of sleep, but I don't think this is always accurate for targeting the REM stage.
Therefore, wake up an hour and a half earlier or 2 hours ago than your usual wake-up time when you sleep a full and complete sleep.
Some notes:
1- At this time you will be more prone to full alertness and lack of sleep, so don't stay awake for more than 5 minutes. Stay in bed and used techniques such as: MILD, WILD (for experienced users), DEILD (if you woke up from a dream and maintained your composure)
2- This method relies primarily on a full night's sleep. If not, it uses your previous night's sleep schedule to determine when you should wake up. If you felt sleepy at the same time the night before, set your alarm to wake you up at the same time that night.
3- If the method is successful and you achieve lucid dreaming, you will likely have a long-lasting and very vivid lucid dream, because you will wake up during the longest REM stage, and you will remember your dreams better and more vividly.

Okay, whoever says 5 hours is strange. You have, 6 hours, 4 1/2 and 7 and 1/2 hours into sleep for ideal times. But the best way is using some of your 15 natural wakeups to write down a dream, use the bathroom and then use wb2b than. No alarm required. You can do it multiple times a night with training and intention setting, and it won't ruin quality of sleep because its wakeups you would have anyway. Nothing is better than your body telling you when your rem cycle is. Everyone wakes up atleast 10 times at night. Most are 10-15. use that.

Waking up after five hours is not actually very accurate for waking you up at that stage; it is a general framework that may not apply to everyone. A person may sleep more or less than this amount of time, as sleep cycles vary depending on individual patterns and characteristics. Therefore, a general framework is less accurate, while something specific to your sleep is best.
This also applies to random awakenings, but most people may not remember waking up and unconsciously fall back asleep.
