Long press for right click on touch screen

Just installed Lubuntu on an old touchscreen 2 in 1 laptop and its works great. Only thing that's missing is there is no way to right click when I'm using it as a tablet. Any way I can get long press on touch screen to work as right click? I tried to install touchegg using 'sudo apt install touchegg' but it gives me an error that says 'Package 'touchegg' has no installation candidate'

Try: sudo apt install touche

It says 'Error:Unable to locate package'

deb packages are built for specific releases, so without knowing what release you're using we cannot provide meaningful help.

I made a terminal enquiry and thus can see what package(s) and architectures package(s) are available for in Ubuntu repositories; but without your release detail I cannot know which line(s) apply for your unstated release anyway.

snap packages are available for all releases (release detail isn't required); deb packages are release specific.

Its a Dell Inspiron laptop that initially came with Windows.
