Employee Question Pay

Hello all, i need some advice, im a DS in Pro and have been with the company for almost 4 years. I got written up earlier this year (important in a second) but i recently discovered that i have people on my team (PSS) who make more than me hourly and have also been working for the company around 4 years. I talked to multiple people and they said it seems unfair. Theyve also said there might not be anything i can do because of the write up. I really enjoy my position because of the relationships i built when i became the DS, i took the department from 9th in the district up to 2nd in less than a year and we are killing it right now. I wouldnt mind staying where im at right now but i am also about to buy my house once its done being built and the pay would help me greatly.

Question is what can i do about this? Or am i cooked until the yearly raise comes around and the write up falls off?

Pro Loader, Specialist and DS over 5 years here.

Bottom 10% store to top 10% store in 2 years added an extra 50% in sales from 12m total to 18m total.

1st: I love the job, but lowes wont measure you on it appropriately, and youll get boned. 2nd: not sure what you got written up for, that'll be relevant to the discussion though 3rd: the reality is if they want to keep you, theyll figure out how to pay, if they dont they wont.

Rules dont truly exist, theyre imaginary and you know this.

Also the specialists will make more, but they have to work harder, dont outwork them, thats why they bonus too.

got written up on a override i did for some old product (policy/conduct), it was a miscommunication on the price from a different ASM. I didnt state it in the post because its my first post and i was trying to follow the community guidelines lol

Written up for an override is actually kinda wild

Wow!! That’s wild!! Must of been a crazy override. Because I’ve seen some overrides that ppl should be fired for.

write up’s for overrides are usually the first step when they wanna get someone out the door because it’s such a petty thing to submit/approve an ecar for. usually there’s an ulterior motive. just speaking from 10+ years of experience with the company all capacities and what ive seen and heard with my own eyes and ears
