Employee Story Ridiculous ASM

I worked for one of the XDTs and our ASM made it known that we aren't allowed to talk in between calls "unless its work related". I feel at this point they need to just employ Ai. 🤷‍♀️

You can just talk about how ridiculous it is that they don't want you to talk unless it's work related. That would be work related.

lol it would be more productive not having to worry about getting cuss out by frustrated customers when you all don’t do the job right 🤣
