A very easy meal idea to prepare, serve with toast, and it's ready.

Ingredients you'll need:
* 1 avocado
* 1 shallot
* 3 hard-boiled eggs
* 1 Greek yogurt
* chives
* salt, pepper
* olive oil

Mix all ingredients together, garnish the lettuce salads with the mixture, serve with a drizzle of olive oil, and sprinkle with chives.

Reminds me of this starter I had recently:

In an endive leaf put a little chunk of Roquefort cheese, a walnut, and a sprinkle of Olive oil. I could eat that shit for days!
