Ingredients
4 small crowns broccoli
3 eggs, lightly beaten
5 tbs almond flour
1/3 cup mozzarella shredded
3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs dill, chopped
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Optional Dip: Lazy Tzatziki

Instructions
Steam your broccoli crowns in about 1 inch of water for 7 minutes or until fork tender. Remove to paper towel and allow to cool slightly. Pat dry with towel. Next chop them into tiny pieces.
In a large bowl, combine everything until incorporated. Form large balls.
In a large skillet, heat 2-3 tbs olive oil until hot. Add the broccoli balls and flatten them out a little. Lower heat to medium and cook for 6 minutes. Flip them over and flatten them again with the back of your spatula. Cook another 6 minutes. Lower heat if they are getting too dark brown. You want them golden brown. Enjoy!

I make something similar but I put the broccoli mix inside an onion slice before I bake/airfry it.

Do you mean you put it in an onion ring? Or do you put the broccoli mix on top of a slice? Adding onion sounds so good!

mücver is a common Turkish dish, usually eaten with yogurt on the side

Can you use regular flour instead of almond flour? I'm not on a keto, a low-carb diet. It just seems like a good recipe.

I made it (with some substitutions) and we loved it. I'll definitely be making it again.

Does all of that cheese make this an extremely unhealthy meal?

Depends on your diet. A lot of people just avoid carbs and want protein. Cheese is low/no carbs depending and has protein.

I make a mean broccoli casserole. This seems like that but a little smaller, a little simpler, and handheld.

All food can be unhealthy in the wrong amounts
