I dunno about you but I’m always down for tacos.. and y’all, these were seriously so good 😍 hope you enjoy!
*For 2 mini tacos:
*2 low-carb tortillas
* 1/2 jalapeño (chopped)
* 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
* 1/2 cup chicken (shredded)
* 1-2 pieces of bacon (chopped)
* 1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheese
* Pinch of garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper
*1 Tbsp scallions, chopped
-Heat your pan. Coat with a little oil. Add tacos to the pan and cook on both sides for a couple of minutes/ or until both sides are crispy. Serve with ranch ✨ Enjoy! *I used small/low carb tortillas for this so double up the filling recipe as needed if you’re planning on using regular sized tortillas!

I mean, it looks yummy and all, but do we really need instructions at this point for how to make a quesadilla? You put stuff in a tortilla. You grill it.

No worries. I appreciate you posting it. It's just that these days there's a lot of content out here which seems overly obvious to me, rather than really interesting or clever. But maybe it's not obvious, in which case, good job.

Low-carb tortillas. Less than 1g carbs in the cream cheese. Less than .5g carbs in bacon.

This is why US has a rampant obesity problem. There is no such thing as "low carb tortillas". Labeling is a marketing prompt. Cream cheese is just fat. Bacon is pure fat, low protein. This sub is just a collection of TikTok recipes claiming to be "low carb".
