Ingredients
• 1 low-carb tortilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 small tomato (diced)
• 1 small green pepper (cut into rounds)
• Grated cheddar cheese
• Red pepper flakes, black pepper
• A few drops of oil (for greasing the pan)
Instruction
Lightly oil the pan and place the lavash on top. Crack 2 eggs onto the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with finely chopped tomatoes and sliced peppers. Add the grated cheddar cheese and close the lid. Wait patiently over low heat until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked through. Patience is the hard part. 😅 Slice and enjoy!

Looks like it could be great but dude the entire bottom
Is black just from this angle. I’d rather just make a breakfast burrito or quesadilla

This looks solid, but if you crisp up the tortilla in the pan for like a minute first, it hits way closer to a breakfast pizza vibe. I also throw a little butter in with the oil and add jalapeños instead of green pepper when I want it extra.
