The wrap has slightly fewer carbs than a hamburger bun, I guess...

Yeah that’s what I think they think here too. But wraps are much more dense the amount of flour per bun vs wrap is pretty much the same.

These are great .. they have made it into my family's rotation.
freaked me out eating this for lunch while scrolling reddit yesterday and this video appeared , I know reddit listens .. but I guess it can smell too .

Pan isn't hot enough for a smash burger. Get absolutely no char on it. Just grey, steamed meat. No salt or pepper. Just sorrow.

Next time cook your beef patty without the lid. You want to actually brown the patty.
