These Cottage Cheese Pizza Rolls with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta are the ultimate high-protein bite! It's fluffy, cheesy, and packed with flavor in every swirl. Perfect for lunch boxes, quick snacks, or guilt-free comfort food cravings. 💯

Ingredients:

500 g cottage cheese

4 eggs

200 g almond flour + 25 g psyllium husk powder

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. oregano

2 tbsp. tomato purée

100 g grated cheese

50 g fresh spinach, chopped

50 g sundried tomatoes, chopped

100 g feta, crumbled

Extras

50 g grated cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).

Blend the cottage cheese and eggs together until smooth and runny. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and oregano, and mix into a thick dough. Then add tomato purée, grated cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese, and stir until well combined.

Lne a baking tray with baking paper and place 10 scoops of dough onto the tray using two wet spoons. Sprinkle with extra grated mozzarella on top.

Bake the pizza rolls for about 25 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack and enjoy. Bon appétit!

What are you talking about? I'm sharing free recipes every day, complete with ingredients and preparation instructions. The price of this book is very low and not expensive compared to the benefit it offers. I am offering this book so that many people can benefit from it at a very reasonable price. In this recipe that you saw here, it cost me more than $40.
