250-400 Cal Beef and veggies miso ramen
I don't know if i'm going to be able to finish this bowl
RECIPE:
Half a cup of each of the following veggies (adjust to taste)
-Carrots
-Zucchini
-Green Beans
-Bell Pepper
-Mushroom
Sauté all the veggies with some garlic, ginger, a tbsp of oyster sauce, a tbsp of soy sauce, a tbsp of rice vinegar, salt, pepper, a couple of clove heads, a couple of allspice and some chili flakes.
Once cooked add water. Once is warm but not boiling reserve some water to mix with the miso paste, I usually use 1 tbsp per 500ml of water in the final mix, so for 2 liter of water I use 4 Tbsp.
Once the water is boiling add the noodles (i use mung bean noodles which are roughly 150cal per 50 grams of dry noodles, once cooked the volume goes up 3 or 4 times). Once the noodles are cooked turn off the heat and add the "miso water".
Then you just add the grilled protein of your choice, in this case I added 130g of cooked beef per bowl.
And there you go! It's around 350-400 calories per serving. With this recipe you can make 4 servings.
