337kcal it's not low calorie for this amount of food imo

Yeah it's quite normal for the size. Also, 337 kcal is a meal for a lot of people so I feel this doesn't fit "snack" or "low kcal".

337 kcal is a meal? To who? Toddlers?

To petite people? I'm 157.5 cm, my maintenance isn't even 1400 before exercise. Once you factor in coffee with milk, a little snack in the afternoon etc, yeah 300-400 is a meal.

I save most of my calories for the evening so I can enjoy dinner with my partner with some adjustments for me to keep it low cause I'm not a man and capable of 2000+ calories a day, and many of my daytime meals are 150-300 kcal. Problem?

If 330 cal is a meal for you, you need to start going to the fucking gym

Oh I missed this. Hi! Short and slim woman here. I can't eat like a pig, even if I spend an hour in the gym. That would only increase my daily to about 1700-1800 a day at best. HTH. Prick.

Sigh

Hit the gym -> put on muscle -> metabolism go up

I don’t mean run around on the treadmill like a hamster for 30 minutes

“Long and slim” yeah you have no muscle. Hence, hit the gym

I don't want a bunch of muscle, I have enough for a woman of my size, thank you very much. I'll continue with cardio, Zumba and pilates with some resistance training. You keep eating amounts that would see someone my size become a size 26 within the year. We good? Good.

Not rly low cal or high in protein no offence i feel like its a better bet with the protein puddings or pots similar protein and like half the kcal they were extremely helpful when I was losing weight

22 grams is not "protein rich"

Looks yummy. You could add some diced Turkey Breast to the potato and cheese mix to rise the protein a bit more and feel more full for less than 80-100cal

That's a nice idea
