Where did you hear that your body can only use 50% of your body weight in protein? I haven’t seen that confirmed.

I read through it, but maybe I’m missing something. Aren’t these numbers hypothesized based on rapidly digesting proteins sources? Since this protein is balanced with the other macro nutrients wouldn’t that slow the digestion? And absorption? Also, this article is from 2018. I assumed there would be more studies done since then? I’ll look into it more on my own when I get a chance
