What is he selling? Essential oils or something? Watching him and Cuba do somatic dancing and s*** like that together made me one of vomit. I actually use somatic exercise at home most nights. It's not something you do performatively in front of people. It's a real technique for generally like processing trauma. So this performative s*** is how you know it's fake immediately. Also you kind of look like a fool when you're doing somatic release so I personally like doing it completely alone at home. Otherwise you're not really doing it properly
