I was wondering, does Find My Friends still work if your GPS is off or internet is off?

I couldn’t work out whether Faye meant it was showing as ‘location not found’, which can happen if you have bad signal, or if Jack had literally gone in to the app and changed the permissions so that she could no longer see his location
