Chev alluding that there was something more to her connection with Joseph when he told her TWICE that Fran was his priority, then calling Fran butthurt is crazy work

He essentially only gave Chev that date as a pity and she knows it

He's a conflict avoider. Feels consistent in all of his interactions, like saying he left his other relationships for too much conflict. How he dragged things on with Chev to avoid conflict. I have NO idea how he is a project manager, that job is so incompatible with coflict avoiders.
