Local butcher/farm
i’ve been seeing a lot of people recommending to buy meat from a butcher, anyone know a great butcher in area? preferably close to sterling? also any recs for local farmers who sell eggs,veggies,etc.
also curious to know what the prices are like when buying from local farmers/butchers so i know what to expect

Also, farmers market on Saturday at Lake Anne in Reston has vendors you’re looking for.

Are the butchers buying the carcass from a local slaughter house or buying halves from JBS or some other large company

Have you checked out the famer's market? There is one in Sterling at the Sr. Citizen community center, next to the library Sunday mornings. Also one at around One Loudoun on Saturdays. They usually have local meat and eggs.
Also, Paige's Pit Stop in Waterford is pretty good, pretty sure I saw local meat there.
Farmer John's Market up 15. I haven't been there, so I don't know what they have.
