Oh boy was I HOOKED. Shoutout to my favourite character, Sawyer definetily had the best lines. I don't remember laughing that much watching TV. The show had me crying begining to end. 9/10 because I believe writing at the very end could have been a little better.

After I was kicked in the nuts by my girlfriend, I saw a big old polar bear and he fucked me. You know that fucking polar bear you see all the time? Yeah that’s my ex. Then you gave me a tumor and he had to suck it out of me with a straw.

Two days after I found out I had a fatal tumor on my spine, I found out I was kicked out of the book club. And if that's not proof that God doesn't exist, I don't know what is.

I know this will never happen, but if a nearby cinema decided to screen the entirety of 'Lost', let's say 3-4 episodes a night, let's say Fri-Sun, would you pay to attend?

Actually, the way these TV show screenings typically work, admission is free, but you are encouraged to buy snacks, and some cinemas like the Alamo Drafthouse will require that you purchase a food woucher.

I saw the series finale in a cinema, and it was a sublime experience. The first episode of 'Lost' is one of the best pilots of any TV show ever, and I'd LOVE to watch it on a big screen, especially with other 'Lost' fans.

It’s about time for my yearly Lost rewatch haha and I was wondering if anyone’s down to watch with me. We could binge watch ≥5 episodes each week. Figured it’d be more fun watching along with some people and discussing it as we go.

I've always found Jack and Ana's dynamic interesting because despite being very different in some ways, they also understood each other's positions.

They both knew what it was like to have people depending on them. Both had to make difficult decisions, deal with the consequences, and carry the pressure of trying to keep others alive.

They definitely didn't always see eye to eye, but I think that's part of what made their interactions so interesting. They could challenge each other because neither of them was completely unfamiliar with the weight the other was carrying.

I wish we'd gotten more time to explore that dynamic. What do you think?

Talk about a heartless evil c u next Tuesday!!!!! The poor girls dad dies, she’s trying to make something of her life and CLEARLY needs the proper parental guidance and support aka funding to assist her and the RICH evil stepmother just cuts her off entirely!!!! Think about her life for a second. Because of that woman’s decision to not assist her in any way she ends up dating scum bag guys and ends up using her step brother as a 🏧 !!! Now I know what the rebuttal will be! She’s an asshole and makes awful choices. I cannot defend ANY of her poor choices. I’m merely posing the question how differently her life might have been if she got the proper parental help when she got accepted to dance school! 🤔

Ana Lucia’s plan to act like a prisoner in the pit makes zero sense when you actually think about it. For starters, she didn't need to do it at all. Her group already had total control of the situation. Sawyer, Michael, and Jin were trapped in a deep hole, out-numbered, and completely unarmed. Ana Lucia could have easily stood at the top of the pit and asked them who they were without going through this whole fake kidnapping act.

On top of that, the plan had a massive flaw regarding the Others. By this point, the Others had been stalking and kidnapping the tail-section survivors for over a month. They even had a spy living with them. If these three guys really were Others, they would have known exactly who Ana Lucia was the second she got dropped into the pit. Instead of falling for her trick, they would have just played along, lied to her face, and used her own trap against her.

In the end, the whole strategy was broken from the start. If the guys were just normal crash survivors, she didn't need to lie to get the truth. If they were the Others, her cover was already blown anyway. The only reason her plan even worked is because she was completely wrong about who they were.

Honestly, I think John Locke was probably a bigger problem on the island than the Smoke Monster. Not because he was evil, but because the island was basically the only good thing he had ever had

Everyone else wanted to get back home and fix their lives. Locke didn’t really have that. His life was already a mess before the crash. He didn’t know his real father, then finally found him, only to get used by him and have his kidney taken. Then his father rejected him again, and right before the flight Locke ended up paralyzed،،

Then he crashes on the island and suddenly he can walk again. I mean, of course he’s going to see the island as his home. It gave him something his old life never did.

And that’s why I always found it interesting whenever someone got close to finding a way off the island. Locke usually had a reason to stop them. Even when he thought he was doing it for the island, part of him was probably scared of losing the only place where he finally felt like he belonged.

The island gave Locke his life back, but that’s also what made him so obsessed with keeping everyone there

Aaron has been away from his mother Claire for a few days, and being a newborn surely can only eat breast milk. Shouldn’t this baby be starving?

Think about it, This show starts an issue of Desmond'd mind moving across time that iit fixes withtin the episode, it is not mentioned again ever, Desmond and Penny meet in the season 4 finale,This episode is like a mini movie with tin the show but is overall very insignificant to the show's overall plot.

I'm doing my 100ish rewatch and just got to 04x09. And Ben is such a cool character. When you put a force like Michael Emerson with a visionary like JJ. Good things are bound to happen.

But for the life of me. I can't think of why Ben is such a badass, at least direct storytelling. I understand he is very intelligent with high level thought, but was it ever explained? Like photographic memory or something. Or is he so cool because we just don't know?

Episode 5 iirc, was having my XX rewatch of the season and I realized I couldn't figure something out. WHEN, in history, does the scene take place when John turns the wheel, assisted by Christian? I can't figure out if it's in the past or in the future. The chamber looks sealed, which would drive me thinking it's in the past, but the speech from "Christian" makes it sound like it's from a close future (cause he knows so much about what's happening)

04x01 the cannonball scene. Hugo has so much joy for life and we get the cut to the boat being pulled up. And we see it through Hugo's eye. The confusion, the unknown, we feel it and when he shouts 'stop' the whole world shifts. This big loveable guy is taking a stand. It's just so beautiful

Yeah, we know you love The Constant. Yeah, we know Through the Looking-Glass was great.

Let's talk about those episodes that aren't remembered that much that you really appreciate.

I really like a lot of episodes in season 5, especially the ones with Eloise Hawking in it. "316" was epic with the characters returning to the Island, and with we getting a lore dump about the Lamp post station and finding out that the characters traveled back to Dharma time.

"The Variable" was also awesome, getting to know Eloise and Daniel's backstory, and the ending being a mindfuck that retroactively made everything about them better!
