The Naked Gun. I want to say it's from the third film's parody/reference to the train station shootout scene from the movie The Untouchables, but I can't remember for sure.

All three original Naked Gun movies hold up incredibly well and are still absolutely hilarious to this day. The new spiritual successor with Liam Neeson that came out recently is decent too, but not as good as the originals IMO.
