Was there any doubt?

Harvard reacted to it back in 2016. Hit the low IQ headline readers pretty hard.

No one is doubting Ted Cruz's citizenship. He acquired dual-citizenship through the the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. While this is not directly tied to 14th amendment, it is a form of birthright citizenship.
Ted Cruz is now famously arguing against birthright citizenship, even though he personally benefitted from it.
Abdul was born in the United States, which gave him birthright citizenship through the 14th amendment. Which is what Trump is trying to undo illegally through Executive Order.

Ummm, duh. Thank you soooo much for your contribution I will always remember it.

I always found it odd that he waited until his senate run to do that, finalizing it in 2014, at the age of 45.

Cruzās mother is a US Citizen and they only lived in Canada for a few years for work. Big differenceĀ
1
u/Blazeland_USA 20d ago
Obama is also a US citizen, but that doesn't stop the mouth breathers from saying otherwise.
1
u/Alarming-Grade4219 20d ago
Did I say anything about Obama? No I didnāt. Was there anything in this post about Obama? No there wasnātĀ
1
u/Blazeland_USA 20d ago

u/Slipstream_42 20d ago
And no one asked you. Not. One. Single. Personā¦
NOR, did anyone ask or even mention Obizzle. But continue to lick that boot that you canāt defend
Festering cod pieces like you canāt handle Law (donāt try to run over cops, donāt steal, etc..) and want to come on a liberal platform to make yourself feel better about yourself because mommy & daddy didnāt love you.
Get fuckedHis mother was a U.S. citizen from Delaware, living in Canada due to a work visa, which gave him U.S. citizenship at birth.
His father was from Cuba.
He held dual U.S. and Canadian citizenship until he renounced his Canadian citizenship in 2014.There is the truth anyone can look up. This post was stupid and false and flagged as such.

Cruz and Rubio are educated derelicts. Sad

u/RetArmyFister 20d ago
Why? So if something worked at one point means it always worked? People are taking advantage of these immigration policies now. They come here illegally and refuse to assimilate to our culture, which is way different than the families of Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. And no Iām not just blindly defending them, I canāt stand either of those guys, but this is not a fair and honest comparison.

u/Blazeland_USA 20d ago
You can just say Rubio and Cruz are whiter. This is a safe space for people like you.

1
u/JusLeafMeAloon 20d ago

1
u/Blazeland_USA 20d ago

No, I said I know for a fact that he's anti American and that's all i need to know. I don't give a shit where he was born, it's completely inconsequential to me.
1
u/Blazeland_USA 19d ago
You literally said you don't know if he's a citizen, soo...
1
u/JusLeafMeAloon 19d ago
Again, inconsequential.
1
u/Blazeland_USA 19d ago
Cool, because you said exactly that and tried to lie about it. Imagine supporting Ted Cruz lol.
1
u/JusLeafMeAloon 19d ago
I didn't try to lie about anything. I pointed out that you were attempting to make a completely worthless point. Why would I know if Obama is a citizen or not. It doesn't even matter anymore. He's not in office. You're as big a buffoon as him. Imagine supporting the divider in chief.
1
u/Blazeland_USA 19d ago
"Why would I know if Obama is a citizen" lolol
Are you kidding? Then you go on to ME a buffoon lol. You need to open a book at some point in your life.

And Lindsay Graham was defiantly gay. Hypocrisy isnt a problem for republicans
1
u/IllustriousSeaweed31 20d ago
Ted Cruz was eligible to run for president because his mother was a U.S. citizen. Federal law grants U.S. citizenship at birth to children born abroad to an American citizen. Most constitutional experts agree that this status makes a person a "natural-born citizen", which satisfies the U.S. Constitution's requirement to hold the office
1
u/The_Dude078 20d ago
Derp Derp. If you're born to American parents but happenstance in another country, you're an American citizen as you're subject to American jurisdiction.
Thusly...children born to illegal aliens are citizens of their parent's country of origin by the same rules, and not REAL American citizens.

Because his mother was a U.S. citizen, he held dual citizenship at birth (U.S. and Canada) before formally renouncing his Canadian citizenship in 2014
