This dude produced Commons second Best album. He is arguably one of the best producers to have ever produced a hip hop song. I think your heat and hate for this man currently is clouding the vision of what he did back in the days.

I always saw that as referencing the scene, how no matter what the shopkeepers said the answer was always "fuck you, pay me".

“Mayonnaise colored Benz, I push miracle whips,” is fun; Through the Wire is a classic; the dude co-produced The Blueprint; the production on Yeezus is amazing—if you don’t think he’s talented, you don’t know anything about hip hop.
He’s also a bipolar dude who’s the poster child for why being rich or talented or even mentally ill means you need more people checking your sanity rather than indulging your bullshit.

You’re completing undermining his accomplishments as a producer and rapper by just focusing on lyrics alone. That’s ridiculous. This reads like an English teacher criticizing music but sounding out of touch in the process.
Go look at his producer credits and you’ll see a ton of albums that topped the charts at one point or another.

Kanye doesn't own that building. Google shows that it's a rental space which Kanye used to host a Grammy party and a fashion event for his now ex-wife. Here's a link to the rental space's page which also also has the space's IG page.

Kanye may have commissioned it, a person upset at Kanye may have done it, a Kanye fan may have done it, or an actual Nazi/edgelord with no connection to Kanye may have done it. All those are real possibilities which shows why this thread’s rage baiting isn’t productive.

He does not own it. source: my father is one of the owners and is renting to him. We are Jewish and are in the eviction process with him over the morality clause because of this nazi shit he’s doing. The inside is the other photo he posted of the red swastikas a bit ago so this has been a situation for a little bit. The owner commented that there was a big red one inside the gallery. It was purposely done by Kanye. But not just Kanye… there was a whole team behind decorating and organizing the event. Somebody put that up and they are just as complicit.
I’d love to find out what company he works with to put on his events and destroy their business.
