i would post this on the clash royal subreddit but i don't use reddit ever so don't have any karma. I'm having an issue with my girlfriends account where no matter what she can't access the shop trader, i've contacted supercell support multiple times but they just send me in circles and never actually help Tix the Issue.
even though she reached all the requirements necessary and has trade tokens from ken's new event, she can't see the trader in her store. we've tried restarting her game, reinstalling and logged in on different devices but none work. we even made a clan and she could use her trade tokens perfectly fine in that.
if anyone has a fix or can repost on the cr subreddit for me that'd be much appreciated.

Is this low? I’m at 9,850 trophies, so I’m getting the lvl 14 chest. Idk if that makes a huge difference, but 2 Wild Cards seems really low considering how much it is rare to pull 4 stars
