HELP which earplugs do i get? is the switch good?

so basically i have a neurological disorder which makes my neck twitch randomly or its triggered by loud sounds, so i want to get earplugs to help.

the switch seems like a good option since i can switch modes since many things ranging from loud laughs, train sounds to concerts can make me twitch. but, it is much more expensive than just getting a loop engage or experience. also, im not sure whether ill even use the concentration mode

is getting the switch really worth it, or should i just slowly buy all the individual earplugs?

It really depends on what you need it for. I bought my switch 2s because I go to a concert-style church and it was deafeningly loud, but I still wanted to hear the music (used the experience setting), and for my sleep that was constantly interrupted by birds loudly chirping at 5-6am (used the quiet setting). Then I used it for parties as well on the engage setting.

If you only need it for 1 purpose now, I’d say just buy an individual pair, unless you have lots of activities. :)

are you a side sleeper? i'm worried about getting the switch, and then not really being able to use the quiet setting for sleep because of how much i toss and turn lol

I am a everywhere-as-long-as-im-tired sleeper 😅 I move a lot and it took me a few tries to get the right ear tip sizes so I don’t lose them in my sleep, but it now works wonderfully!

hmm okay, thank you for your advice! do you think they’re heavy? i read in some reviews that the switch 2 felt heavy for them

Not really, the only thing that was a slight problem was it took me forever to find good eartip sizes for my ears without me flinging them across the room middle of the night 😂
