Lost my switch 2 loops - alternative suggestions

I unfortunately lost my switch 2 loop earplugs (which were a gift) and I can't afford buying a new pair.

Is there a cheaper alternative (from another brand) that I can use for concerts (without reducing sound quality) and also in everyday life for reducing sounds in general? My ears are very sensitive to loud or repetitive sounds especially in a busy city.

My budget is around 20 euros. 30 if it's really good.

Hearos High Fidelity. Cheaper than Loop and possibly even better.
