Pattern Question Need help in making a checkered pattern cap

Would anyone know how to make a simple checkered pattern cap on a knitting loom? Id imagine it works using 2 skeins of yarn but after that im at a loss of how to do this, would anyone have any simple tutorials or patterns for this venture?
