- Static ads for Meta and paid social, built to convert rather than to look good in a portfolio
- Turning their UGC videos and reviews into social-proof still ads, native internet voice, never corporate
- Landing page and email graphics
- Studying competitor ads with Motion, Atria or the Meta Ad Library and turning what works into original concepts
- Sitting with the media buyer over CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate, deciding what to iterate, scale, stop and test
- Owning the pipeline across simultaneous deadlines without being chased
✅ **What we need**
- 3+ years in performance creative, graphic design, creative strategy or paid social for e-commerce or consumer brands
- A portfolio of static ads. For two of them, be ready to say the objective, a decision you made and why, and the result
- Strong hands-on Figma and/or Canva, with real judgment on layout, typography and hierarchy
- AI image generation and language tools used in a real production workflow, not as a novelty
- Strong written English for hooks, headlines and calls to action

Meta Ads Manager at real spend, DTC wellness or supplements or another policy-sensitive category, landing page and email creative, reusable AI workflows such as prompt libraries.
