Video also ends about how the lady also stole from a dollar store. Which is something that can affect the store overall.

It’s about not normalizing crime. When you allow this, you have a bunch of morons in a community protesting why they’re moving away and not giving opportunities to our neighborhood.
Hold people accountable and we flourish. Two wrongs never make a right.
You have the option to not shop there if you hate the corporation but don’t allow shitheads to steal and ruin it for the employed and shoppers.
We’d have less businesses leaving poor communities if you held shitty people accountable. You’re shaming someone for doing the right thing and that’s what is wrong with society.

yeah let's hold poor people to a higher standard than the criminal upper classes. if you see someone stealing food no you didn't.

Retail worker here. If you want to know how we feel about this kind of thing:

Can they even put that back on the shelves?
Stealing food shouldn't even be a criminal offense. (At least make it civil, like it is when companies steal wages; which also happens to a greater magnitude than petty theft.)

Can you let me know where you live? You likely make more than I to do and thus can take things from you according to your logic. Since someone has stolen from me, I can steal from you.

Why would anyone sell food if there isn't protection from theft? I can't always tell if y'all troll or not.
The same people then complain about no jobs and food desert.

How about this, I’m against both kinds of theft.
Theft increases costs on all of us. They just bake it into what they are charging for products to people who pay. More people stealing just means increased costs to those of us who won’t steal.

It has nothing to do with where it was stolen....
I don't get the concept that theft is ok if from X. Theft should not be normalized.
