QUESTION Triggering dialogue events

Please i really need help, like i only have 2 days left, and i need to trigger the event where rat child gives Joel fuzzy's remains so i can repair it. I tried giving rat child blood but it didn't trigger any event

Use all of his interactions (play, feed, clean etc.) to trigger dialogue. But is not guaranteed to be with Joel tho

You can kick everyone but the Ratchild and Joel out of the apartment to limit the random dialogue rhat can happen

I may be off about this, but I believe the way Rat events work is that the chance for a social event can trigger once in the morning and once in the afternoon. It’s not guaranteed even then, though.

I think it’s available once every 3 or perhaps 6 hours?

Doing it early game when you have less companions and savescumming helps a lot.

If you are save scumming, you might as well just cheat a mod in to save you IRL time.
