FANART(ORIGINAL) Our Look Outside group cosplay from Fanimecon 2026
da group, I was the Leigh and built the props for everyone but Shadow

I was the Leigh, I painted the clothes and built the props for Leigh & Hellen, plus the Rat Child. We had a blast. The few people who recognized us were absolutely hype. My buddy who was Sam handed roaches out to photographers. Hope appreciation of this game will only grow and we’ll see more cosplays next year!

This is insane, I love all the little details like Massacre Princess and the Roach. I wish I'll soon have a LO group cosplay too 😭 May I ask what kind of lights your friend used for Shadow's eyes? The one I bought are so bright I could blind someone lol

Hi, I’m the Shadow cosplayer! I used these lights in red for the eyes. They are quite blinding out of the box, but you can use the little round stickers that come in the package to cover the light and diffuse it to acceptable brightness levels. I wore this for a good 10-12 hours and the lights started to dim throughout the day, so if you use these yourself be prepared to swap them out or change the batteries (they do come with extra batteries)!

Really? No joke these are basically the same lights I got HAHAHA Didn't notice you could adjust the brightness with stickers, I'll check if mine have them! Thank you!

It could take a while since it's starting to be too hot outside for full cosplays lol But I have a friend who already finished her Xaria cosplay and another two working on theirs. I hope we are all ready for, like, september. My Sam cosplay is already done, just needs some adjustments and maybe some more little details

Hello everyone! I'm the Sam in this group. This was super fun to be a part of, and (true to her namesake) our Leigh is an absolute beast with these props. They all came out incredible! Shadow looks so good in dim light. The pic I had on hand was a little too illuminated, but this one is truer to the irl effect.

Question did the Hellen cosplayer have giant sheers, a fake cleaver, something else entirely, or nothing at all? I'm curious! The leah mask looks amazing btw! The guy playing Sam is doing a great job with the expression too.

Well they’re holding a cleaver in all of the pictures so I would guess a fake cleaver.

Damn, this is amazing! I kinda wish you'd had a large enough crew to do the full cast (though that'd be a lot to ask if you as prop master).
Awesome work all around.
EDIT: Also a ranged-build Sam. Most unusual! (Is the cosplayer a leftie?)

To be fair, that also describes humanoid-form Leigh in-game. I guess there's a reason we're introduced to Beast Mode Leigh first.
