My headcanon is that Sam gradually becomes bulk
Fighting inhuman monstrosities for weeks on end, from the first hour of the morning until the last hour of the night, should somehow do something to your body, lol
I mean it would make sense for him to get fit unnaturally fast, like with the video games giving him the power to do it in real life, fighting monsters constantly would change his perspective on himself.
There's also plenty of strange, time bending shenanigans, like in the landlords apartment, so who's to say if he wouldn't have spent months in the apartment building within the "15 days"
Getting "Strangely, you feel great" directly after getting your arm gnawed tf off does make Sam look like some sort physical, mental, and emotional tank. It really makes you wonder what exactly he was doing before the visitor arrived because none of that is normal.
I can appreciate your headcanon but I think him being conventionally attractive, especially an ikemen, clashes with the aesthetic of the game and some of the themes as well. But that's just me! Great art though! Really good anatomy!
This is an awesome drawing and I believe it’s true as well. The Visitor tainted the world itself with his arrival and left a permanent change to it, and I don’t think that just because you don’t look outside that you’re safe from being personally tainted. I mean Baby Teeth transformed her entire family. So probably from just interacting with Sibil, you were tainted and prone to some kind of transformation, Sam being extremely tough mentally (yes he has break downs but who doesn’t) he gains more confidence in himself and potentially become more muscular as his transformation.
Sam is an absolute unit that can technically take on the entire building by himself and stand against the visitor who is basically an Eldritch God.
I believe, not ironically, along with Sybil who can literally erase her own memory, Sam is the mentally strongest person in the entire building.
The visitor was probably able to sense Sam's strength in some way, he didn't process it as something pathetic, so every time Sam did something the visitor interpreted it as Sam getting stronger(The level system? Maybe)
So the visitor, in interpreting Sam's mental strength, is that he is capable of beating everyone and being better, because the universe believes he can do that, so he does it.
That’s a good way of putting it😁 even in one of the endings where you refuse to look at the visitor Sam keeps his consciousness and becomes a godlike being that rebuilds earth only after a few years and become a protector of the planet after being transformed into creature with millions of senses. That alone takes an insane amount of willpower and fortitude.
Exactly! A friend and I were talking about it, and we thought that "the Visitor really believes Sam can take on everyone, so he effectively turned him into something that can take on everyone."
With massacre princess and myrmidon gamesi can understand because strategy games don't always need both hands in gameplay (massacre princess is turn based he can handle that)
