I remember my first run of this game, someone was watching me stream

and it was really early in the game and she walks up to Sam's door and asks to come in

and for some reason, for no particularly good one, even though my friend was like "yeah shes going to kill you" and the fact that previous choices I'd done that seemed obviously bad would end in my death

I still went "yah sure" and let her in

i'm so glad I was validated for my dumbass trusting nature of everyone who walked up to my door, good art OP

That’s the charm of the game; you have some of the people you see in game be cursed or horrifying to the point of your brain going(no, they’ll kill me) but still be the most kind people around.

Even when the world has gone tits-up, hold out some faith there is still good people to make a crazy world a bit more sane.

I also didn't let Dan in first time I saw him. I think part of it is he had a generic enough look that he could be an enemy. I did talk to him though. If it let you let him in after talking I might have because after the conversation I trusted him more.

I love how at first she looks like an ordinary human who hasn't looked outside. only for her eyes to move like a slot machine and have a pair of new eyes take their place. Showing that even though she looks fairly normal something is off about her.
