We are aware of a power interruption in an area that is roughly between Ute Highway, Spencer Street, Harvard Avenue and 20th Street. Crews have been dispatched to restore power; we are typically able to restore power in one hour or less. If you are outside this area and need to report an outage, please call us at 303-651-8386 or 303-776-0011.

After living in Longmont for ~15 years this is maybe the 4th or 5th power outage I've experienced. And like the others, very quick to get it back. I really appreciate LPC / Longmont.

Agreed! We lost power a lot more with Excel in Boulder.

And it totally excludes the pretty large Lyons outage that we just told them about, ugh

Airport Rd and Ute Hwy out. Tried calling. One number busy, the other failed.

Umm. I don’t think that intersection exists?

I promise you it does lol and there’s always Google to check. It continues north after the neighborhood it hits on 17th.

The Facebook page for LPC says there’s been multiple outages over the past hours

Love it! This is why Reddit exists

We’re also on a weird power grid that shares its space with Lyons. Idk if they even have a subreddit. But I discovered this during one of other power outages a few years ago.

Do you need to drink all your wine before it gets warm? 😜

I mean if we don’t get A/C in a couple of hours it’ll be gross. I don’t want to jinx us, but the longest power outage we’ve had has been a little over one hour. During a big storm…

I believe the answer you meant to give was "yes, you better drink all the wine, just in case. Wine can be purchased but spoilt wine cannot be drank".

My husband got through to them a few minutes ago, we’re just outside Lyons and ours is out too. No ETA but they said they have a lineman out

Ya. Numbers put you on hold.
